Astra-C$53.MADISON — A man has been charged with conspiracy and money laundering in relation to the sale of fake Viagra pills at a Florida warehouse on April 8, 2019.
Michael James Thomas, 23, of Piedmont Park, Florida, was arrested at a warehouse in Orlando and charged with conspiracy to traffic in counterfeit goods. The charges relate to a supply of counterfeit Viagra, the sale of Viagra products, the dispensing of Viagra, and trafficking in counterfeit drugs.
Thomas, who had been listed as the buyer of the counterfeit Viagra product, allegedly conspired to distribute the counterfeit Viagra and sell it to the police in Miami. The investigators then went to the warehouse where the counterfeit Viagra was being shipped and arrested the man. Thomas has been sentenced to 20 years in prison and ordered to pay $2 million in restitution to the Miami-area police.
“It was a huge business,” said Thomas. “I was on the lookout for it and when I saw it, it was for me.”
Thomas is now awaiting sentencing in the Miami-area state courts.
According to a news release from the Miami Federal Court, the U. S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Florida has reached an agreement with Thomas to go to court and request the investigation into the sale of counterfeit Viagra and to pay $4 million in restitution to the police. Thomas is scheduled to pay the money to the State of Florida and is scheduled to pay the amount as well.
Thomas has agreed to pay the money to the police in the amount of $9.6 million, according to the news release. The money will be deposited into his bank account. Thomas was arrested at a pharmacy in Orlando, Florida, and is being held at the Orlando Police Station.
The drugs seized at the warehouse were not fake and contained no prescription medication. The pills, which were made of an unlicensed generic name, were labeled “Viagra,” “Sildenafil,” and “Doxycycline.”
The Food and Drug Administration is alerting consumers not to buy Viagra or similar drugs online and is reviewing the information to ensure safe and appropriate use of the drug products.
“We have taken these products,” said Patrick O’Neill, FDA officer for the FDA in Orlando, Florida. “The FDA has reviewed the information.”

The FDA is investigating the matter and will provide information to the U. Attorney’s Office.
Thomas faces up to two years in prison and a $250,000 fine for each count. The charges are related to a supply of counterfeit Viagra, the sale of Viagra products, the dispensing of Viagra products, and trafficking in counterfeit drugs.
A federal jury in Orlando on Friday returned $9.6 million in verdicts following the verdict of $4 million in counterfeit Viagra and $5 million in the distribution of counterfeit drugs.
Thomas has already pleaded not guilty to one count of conspiracy.
The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U. Attorney Julie M. Lechleitner.

The prescription drug Cialis, marketed by Eli Lilly and Co., was tested by the FDA and found to contain sildenafil, a drug often used to treat erectile dysfunction, or.
It works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, allowing for increased blood flow and enabling an erection. This effect can last up to 36 hours and can be effective for up to four to six hours.
It’s one of the most popular and popular treatments for erectile dysfunction. Cialis has been nicknamed ‘Viagra for ED’ by the FDA. It is the first generic drug approved to treat erectile dysfunction, the second-most popular in the US market, with an estimated $16 billion in annual sales.
“This approval represents another significant step in the effort to make a legitimate drug more accessible to people who may be unwell,” says Dr. Steven Nissen, a urologist at New York’s Staten Island University Hospital, who wasn’t involved in the review.
“This approval represents a huge step forward in our efforts to combat erectile dysfunction,” he adds, noting that it could lead to more effective treatments that could be used more safely in treating other health conditions, such as pulmonary hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol.
“We’re very pleased to see Eli Lilly’s commitment to bringing affordability to patients,” he continues, noting that “ED is more common than most other medications, and many people have been using the drug to improve their sex lives.”
Eli Lilly has partnered with Cialis, a rival drug, on the drug.
The company also has launched its own generic versions of the medication, called Viagra Connect.
While the FDA approval of Cialis has not gone down well financially for the drug, it has had to face competition from several other drugs, including generic versions of the drug. The generic versions can cost as little as $10 and are generally more affordable than brand-name drugs like Cialis.
“We’re not the original manufacturer but a partner in bringing affordability to people who may be unwell,” says Dr. Nissen.
The generic version of Cialis, Viagra Connect, is called ‘Sildenafil’.
Sildenafil belongs to a class of medications called phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors. These drugs work by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis, allowing blood to flow into the penis when you get sexually excited. They work by helping to relax the muscles in your penis, making it easier to get an erection.
